the staff at reception was friendly and efficient. clean rooms were provided.
my room faced the street, a locked metal door let in strong sounds. i found it hard to sleep well. the cold shower i took on the second night was also not ideal.. there were no paper cups for coffee.

The hotel location is quite good. It is easy to find right off Sheikh Zayed Road. The staff were nice and cooperative throughout my stay.
My room faced the street and had a locked metal door. Strong sounds from cars outside were quite loud and disturbing. The shower did not have hot water one of the nights, annoying.

the location was VERY convenient. taxi access was easy. the room service staff are efficient and friendly. i was able to check in early, a GRACIOUS accommodation. coffee is good, and my room was VERY clean.
the room was a bit small. the area did smell of smoke. it unfortunately triggered my allergies, a HUGE inconvenience. this led me to leave the hotel shortly after check-in.

the hotel location benefits from easy access to transportation. Taxis are readily available. Several restaurants are within WALKING distance. This makes dining convenient who prefer to explore local culinary options.

the staff demonstrates high levels of competence and helpfulness. They address guest requests PROMPTLY. The reception team is well-trained and exhibits excellent social skills. This contributes to a cute and efficient check-in experience.

the room was pretty small. the self parking situation was terrible and there was a strange walk from the parking lot to the hotel. it wasn't directly connected, i had to exit one building and re-enter another. getting a refund wasn't possible even after i left just hours after checking in.

I really enjoyed my stay! ms. meena at the front desk was super helpful. She assisted with my room request perfectly. the hotel is also close to many attractions! ramdas kept my room super clean every day. His cleaning service was really good, always ensuring everything was well-kept.
the gym needs more kettlebells.
