loud sounds cold shower
the staff at reception was friendly and efficient. clean rooms were provided.
my room faced the street, a locked metal door let in strong sounds. i found it hard to sleep well. the cold shower i took on the second night was also not ideal.. there were no paper cups for coffee.

Decent hotel, some issues noted

The hotel location is quite good. It is easy to find right off Sheikh Zayed Road. The staff were nice and cooperative throughout my stay.
My room faced the street and had a locked metal door. Strong sounds from cars outside were quite loud and disturbing. The shower did not have hot water one of the nights, annoying.

The room was very clean. Ramdas cleaned my room daily. It was super clean. Mr Mudasar offered assistance whenever needed. Both were very professional.

a mixed stay
small room terrible parking
the room was pretty small. the self parking situation was terrible and there was a strange walk from the parking lot to the hotel. it wasn't directly connected, i had to exit one building and re-enter another. getting a refund wasn't possible even after i left just hours after checking in.

amazing rooms and helpful staff!
helpful staff clean room really good service
I really enjoyed my stay! ms. meena at the front desk was super helpful. She assisted with my room request perfectly. the hotel is also close to many attractions! ramdas kept my room super clean every day. His cleaning service was really good, always ensuring everything was well-kept.
the gym needs more kettlebells.

The hotel features excellent breakfast and dinner options. All dishes tasted very delicious. there are also three restaurants located near the hotel. This allows for a diverse culinary experience!

The hotel is near three restaurants. This makes it easy to grab a bite. it takes ten minutes to walk to the metro station! a currency exchange is conveniently located near the metro exit.

The pool had enough loungers and umbrellas! soft towels were provided. a free shuttle goes to jumeirah beach and also to the mall. Reservations are needed!
